Encouraged by Peter this morning

Prepare your mind for ACTION.

Be sober-minded . . .

obedient . . .

not conforming to the passion of your former ignorance . . .

being holy in all your conduct, like God.

Call on Him as father.

He judges impartially.

Conduct yourselves without fear!

Know you were ransomed from futile ways . . .

ransomed with the precious blood of Christ.

Through Him you're a believer in God.

Your FAITH and HOPE are in God.

You're purified by the truth for sincere brotherly love.

Love one another earnestly from a pure heart.

You've been born again!

Born of imperishable seed.

Born through the LIVING and ABIDING word of God.

We are flesh . . .

like grass . . .

we wither and our flower falls.

But God's word remains FOREVER.

And His promise to us will NEVER CHANGE!!
